Display Dept: DNRs and Billing Lag Times Reduced-Thank you
Over the past couple of months we have shared with members the difficulties caused by DNRs (Did Not Runs) and by tardy uploading to the AWSOM archive. Some processes have been put in place to work more closely with staff at member newspapers and with their help there have been dramatic improvements. DNRs are at a fraction of where they were at the new year. The turn around time between bookings and payments received has been improved drastically. Please pass sincere thanks on to the staff involved in bookings and archiving for their help. Together we are not only providing a higher level of customer service, but we are also receiving our payments in a more timely manner.
