Convention: Notice of Motion, proxy form

A notice of motion and proxy form were mailed to publishers this past week. We encourage you to attend the meeting on Friday morning, September 10, however, if you are unable to, please complete the proxy form, send one copy to Central Office, another to the proxy holder and retain one for your records.
