AWSOM project update – launch delayed

A reminder of the message send out Wednesday, April 27
The launch of the redesigned AWSOM interface has been delayed for 2 weeks until Sunday, May 15, 2011. We wanted to extend a little more time to our members using AWSOM for their eSubscriptions to get comfortable with their new powers and responsibilities.
Over the last two weeks all of your uploads to AWSOM are being run through an additional filter that processes them using the new system as well as the current system. This has the advantage of letting us know how the engines will hold up under regular weekly usage. It is also has helped us spot a few problems in naming conventions.
We’ll be contacting members that are still using old naming structures to clear this up before the servers switch over on May 15.
