A notice of the upcoming annual general meeting, a proxy form and a Notice of Motion are enclosed.
A special resolution is moved by Roger Holmes, seconded by Fred Gorman to rescind bylaw 2, Application for Membership’ and replace it with new wording.
A special resolution is moved by Roger Holmes, seconded by Fred Gorman to add a new membership category called ‘French and Ethnic Community Newspapers’.

We encourage you to attend the meeting on Friday afternoon, May 6, 2011. However, if you are unable to, please complete the proxy form, send one copy to Central Office, another to the proxy holder and retain one for your records.
