Kerry Anderson appointed as second AWNA Press Council rep

The Alberta Press Council has confirmed the appointment of Kerry Anderson as a Council member.

The Press Council invited the association to add a second representative after the Edmonton Journal withdrew from the APC earlier this year.

Anderson publishes four AWNA member newspapers – the Sedgewick Community Press, Viking Review, Tofield Mercury and the Lamont Leader.  He joins Frank McTighe, publisher of the Macleod Gazette, who was appointed to the Council last year.
