Presentation title: Conversations That Matter: The Alberta Energy Regulator’s new digital introduction to oil and gas

Presentation description: How does a new energy regulator, even one based on 77 years of tradition, reach audiences and explain how oil, oil sands, natural gas, and coal is developed and regulated in Alberta?  Using quantitative and qualitative research, the Alberta Energy Regulator has developed a new digital storytelling series that brings complex technical and regulatory material into an animated conversation that responds to the needs of Albertans, reflects current research results, and completely changes how the regulator communicates with audiences.
