Valleyview Valley Views to close as of February 27th

The Valleyview Valley Views will be closing as of Friday, Feb 27th, with their last publication being Wednesday, February 25th, publisher Joan Plaxton has announced.
The closure also affects some long-term staff, including office manager Bette Kobe, (former publisher of the Fox Creek Times), production manager Susanna Palmer, reporter Brett Patterson, reporter Susie Peters and part-time employee Chris Henderson.
The Valleyview Valley Views started publishing On Dec. 19, 1963. Publisher Joan Plaxton was always a great supporter of the AWNA and served as its president in 1999-2000.
