What’s your summer schedule?
We’ve been collecting info from members that affect their deadlines over the summer months. Have you sent in to central office your information yet? We are booking ads for the coming months, and must know dates your paper is not available so we can ask the clients to select a different week for your publication.

Please let Julie Anne or Allana or anyone at the Central Office know as soon as you have scheduled ANY changes to your print dates and/or deadlines.
Want to know what’s coming up in your bookings?
Visit your “Pipeline Report” on AWSOM. (From the AWSOM home page go to Reports -> Pipeline).
This list includes any bookings that have come in already.
Don’t see the Pipeline reports button?
Let us know which user account with which you’re logging in and we’ll change the permissions so you get access to that report. Don’t forget that we can customize those permissions, so someone with a group of publications can access the reports for more than one edition from one log in. Let us know how we can make AWSOM work for you!
