May 1st Board of Directors Meeting minutes have been posted here in the Members Only section of the KUTD web site.

- President Jason’s notes from the SWNA’s recent AGM. they covered some interesting membership requirement changes and a government advertising program
- further discussion of the Ad Canada proposal
- March financial statements review
- Discussion re: circulation audit requirements and a lower cost program proposal
