Fire Prevention Week media kit

The Office of the Fire Commissioner has emailed us their 2018 material.  The theme this year is:

Look. Listen. Learn. Be aware. Fire can happen anywhere!

They posted their media kit to their web page here  which includes the stories as PDF files and some web banners.

But they emailed us Word document versions of the stories – so if you prefer to have the text file you can download them as a zip file here

And the Deadline for entering this year’s Section Competition is November 16.   Entry form is here

Hosted by the Office of the Fire Commissioner (OFC), the contest is designed to recognize fire prevention and safety coverage during FPW. To enter, mail in your special section, insert or supplement that you published in your newspaper to the AWNA office and include a contact name and phone number.

As last year, you can also submit your section as it appears in the AWSOM archive.  Email info@awna.com with the issue date and starting page number, plus that contact name and phone number.
