The Photographic Awards have a new sponsor

The AWNA is pleased to announce that we have a new sponsor for our Annual Photographic Competition.

Now called Canada’s Energy Citizens Photographic Awards

Canada’s Energy Citizens is a division of CAPP (Canadian Association of Petroleum Products) and is excited to be part of this initiative. They are looking forward to meeting the members of the AWNA at its upcoming BNC awards dinner on Friday, June 1.

Canada’s Energy Citizens is the largest Canadian pro-oil and natural gas grassroots organization. Since launching in 2014, it has been successful in creating a network of industry supporters who are motivated to advocate and vocally defend oil and natural gas developed the Canadian way.

Having a sponsor for our competition increases the awareness of community newspapers and their value in the corporate environment. It helps the association to recognize photographic excellence of our member newspapers, and offset the cost the BNC banquet.
