Holiday Office hours for AWNA Central Office

For the Christmas/ Holiday season, Central Office holiday hours will be as follows:

Tuesday, Dec 24         Closed at Noon
Dec. 25, 26, 27            Office will be Closed
Monday, Dec. 30        Open
Tuesday, Dec. 31        Closed at Noon
Wednesday, Jan 1       Closed
Thursday, Jan 2          Regular Office Hours resume

Booking and material

AWNA will be advancing their deadlines for clients and posting both insertion orders and creative early for newspapers in order to accommodate the various early deadlines and closures across our member newspapers.

Please make special note of the RUN DATES listed on your insertion orders in the coming weeks, as orders will be pushed through early.  Material will be uploaded to your designated FTP folder as soon as it’s available, again well in advance of normal deadlines.

If you have not already provided us with your early deadline information or closures during the holiday weeks, please do so as soon as possible so we can make note and advise clients accordingly.
