Insertion emails come with PDF attachments

Always open and check the pdf IO attachment on the emailed insertion orders from AWNA.  Don’t solely rely on the ‘special comments’ summary included in the email text body as you may be missing some important direction.

There may be additional important instructions provided on the actual IO that are not reflected in the summary, such as newspaper specific information. The information on the email summary portion is only those comments that apply to all members on the booking.

AWNA has member resources available for access in several different areas to answer FAQs:

• AWSOM now has access to the AWNA File Library and KUTD; you can now access this under the ‘Manage Insertions and Material’ button in AWSOM by clicking on the ‘FILE LIBRARY (KUTD web site)’ button at the top of the page.
• The AWNApedia is part of the members-only section here on KUTD. It has information about AWNA programs, forms, etc.; a learning page for what we send to members and why AWNA does certain things. Please remember the information posted in here is confidential and should not be shared outside the membership.
• The AWNA Member Group Facebook page promotes what is going on within the association and links to information we think may interest our members, with instant updates on your membership.
