Patrick Lessard joins Coast Reporter in Sechelt, B.C.

AWNA Advertising Director Patrick Lessard has accepted a position as Advertising Sales Manager at the Coast Reporter in Sechelt. The Coast Reporter is owned by Glacier Community Media.

Patrick served the Alberta Weekly Newspapers Association for five years as its Advertising Director. His tenure sadly came to an end last month as the association decided to outsource its ad service to Ad Canada.

Patrick had extensive experience in the national advertising marketplace before joining AWNA, and our association benefited from his many contacts gained throughout a lengthy career. During his tenure with us, he developed an extensive client list of ‘small business’ advertising clients over and above national ad agencies.

Patrick’s personable nature and ability to foster good working relationships with clients, members and staff put the association in good stead with the national advertising marketplace.

We wish Patrick well in his new endeavour!
