Reminder: General Excellence entries
Deadline: Entries must be received by AWNA Central Office no later than February 2, 2021.
The BNC’s General Excellence category is open for your submissions. This is the competition where your entire edition is reviewed and scored on different categories, including Local Features, Community News, Advertising Content etc and is used to determine Best Overall, Best Front Page, Best Sports Page/Section and Best Editorial Page for your circulation category.

March (March 1-31) AND September (Sept 1-3o)
The AWNA has selected two MONTHS in 2020 from which members may select their General Excellence entries. Choose only ONE edition from March 2020 and ONE edition from September 2020, that which you consider the best issue for each of these months.
So your entry will consist of:
- the entry form and
- TWO newspapers in total: a copy of your best March 2020 edition and a copy of your best September 2020 edition
