And that is great news for all our newspaper staffers, because now you don’t have to get to Edmonton to learn from him AND the price is reduced too! Registration form is below.

REVISED Morning session: 10:00am – Presenting Data – creating infographics with Illustrator, InDesign, and other resources
Whether you’re trying to show budgets, increase in traffic fatalities, or any other data-intensive information, there are many ways to convey that so it’s easier for the reader, using infographics. Adobe’s Illustrator has many built-in infographic tools, InDesign can make great-looking tables easily, and there are other resources to help you show data with a story in a more interesting way.

Are you tired of doing the same tasks over and over? See many of the easy-to-learn powerful automatic tools InDesign has built in that can speed your production, giving you more time for design. Whether building pages or ads, or both, this class can save you valuable production time.

Russell Viers
Since 1981, Russell Viers has made a career in, and around, the publishing and printing industries. He began sharing his expertise of production techniques in 1997 and since that time has traveled to 23 countries as a speaker and trainer, teaching Adobe software to graphic designers and photographers. In addition to live training, Viers offers training online through his website, Digiversity.tv. He has also published videos for Adobe, Lynda.com, and Total Training.
