Fred Walker, husband of Diana Walker passed away

Many of you will remember Diana Walker. Diana Walker and her mother, Helen Ball, purchased the Oyen Echo in 1969 and sold to Holmes Publishing of Medicine Hat in 1974.

Diana also served on the Education and C. A. MacLean committees for many years. Diana Walker and Helen Ball were presented with the Silver Quill award in September of 2006.
