Deadlines

All entries will need to be uploaded  by January 31st

How to Enter

Entries will be submitted via an online form.  Start assembling your entries by collecting

  1. PDFs of the news & advertising pages/entries.  It is important that your entry be the full page of the newspaper – we need to see the folio line; it must appear on your entry PDF.
  2. JPGs For the photo entries. Please make sure the jpg you submit is cropped the same way the photo ran in print

The link to post your entries online will be made live at the first of the year. Get all your PDFs assembled and ready to roll!

Two Exceptions to the Online Entry

The TWO categories that are mailed in rather than entered online are “Agricultural Supplement” and “Special Supplement or Section“.  We ask that copies of these entries be mailed to:

Maurizia Hinse c/o BNC Entries,
2824 – 39 Avenue, Edmonton AB T6T 1L1

Please start collecting your entry files now

If you are having problems locating PDFs of your pages, the AWNA does have an offsite archive of your pages.  Let us know which pages you need and we can send you the PDFs.  Email Maurizia or Julie Anne
