ISWNE’s Virtual Conference

The International Society of Weekly newspaper Editors Virtual Conference will be held from July 14-17. It will be a mix of topics including the ethics of unpublishing, getting the most out of Facebook, how to get along with public information officers and tips and strategies for recruiting and retaining editorial staff at weekly newspapers.

You don’t need to be a member to register and up to seven members of teh same staff/company can join for $75 US in total or $25 US each). The online nature of the event also makes it easy to only attend the sessions that interest you, although each session will be recorded and be made available after the fact to registrants.
