AWSOM redesign update – File Names cause hiccups

The critical thing we’ve learned from the last two weeks of test members uploading to the redesigned AWSOM is the importance of File Naming.
If your filenames don’t look something like:

aaa_20110415_A23_01.pdf

then you’ll want to go over this help file as soon as possible.
In addition we have faxed out a sheet to each member newspaper office, asking you to confirm your username and password. We want this move to the new servers to go as smoothly as possibly, but need your help to be sure we’ve got the right text where it needs to be. Please check and fax this document back to us this week.
