High Level Echo and Fort Vermilion Northern Pioneer to merge

The High Level Echo and The Northern Pioneer will merge into one regional publication at the beginning of April. The new publication will be called The Echo-Pioneer. This reduces publisher Tom Mihaly’s operation to three publications effective April 1, 2015.
