Board Duties and Responsibilities

We have now posted the Board Duties and Responsibilities to the AWNA Member website.  This document is prepared to assist the Board and management in clarifying responsibilities and ensuring effective communication between the Board and management. The Board is the legal authority for the AWNA and is responsible for governing and establishing policies to provide services, as defined in its objects and bylaws.

This information will be used in orientation for new Board members.
