Happy 25th Anniversary, Andrea Carreau
Sept 17, Andrea Carreau celebrated 25 years at the AWNA with a staff lunch party. There was much laughter and reminiscing. Dennis hired Andrea as receptionist in 1988, but within just a few weeks she moved into Blanket Classified sales, where we all know and appreciate her wonderful skills.
During her tenure, Andrea has helped out at most of the annual conventions, where by our reckoning, she has sold about 4,000 ducks in aid of the C.A. Maclean Bursary Foundation. Members would be sure to hear Andrea’s laughter later on in the hospitality suite as she celebrated another successful fund-raiser.
In 25 years, Andrea has worked in four AWNA offices, with 22 AWNA presidents, at least six Macintosh computers, but only one executive director!

Happy Andreaversary!!! You are the best and I miss blowing money on ducks but how could you not buy one or five with your boisterous sales approach!
Miss the AWNA family and big hugs to you Andrea!!
Keep smilin’!
Bob Doo…
Happy Anniversary to the Queen of the AWNA Duck Dynasty!
Gee has it been that long Andrea? Congratulations on an excellent career of service. Mary Ann and i don’t get to Edmonton as often as we used to but miss the conventions, especially the duck draws. I recall on your urging jumping into the pool to celebrate my winnings and my shoes survived. I think that was at the Chateau Lacombe. Hope you hang in a little longer as you are definitely one of the special ones at AWNA.
