Reminder: stop mailing newspaper; upload to AWSOM

This is a reminder that a physical copy of your newspapers, as of January 1, 2020, will no longer be required at Central Office. Please advise the appropriate staff that they can stop mailing these copies.

Keep uploading to AWSOM

You will, however, continue to upload your PDF pages to the awsom.ca  ftp site as in the past.  There will be no changes to the naming structure.  The AWNA’s system will auto-forward your tearsheets to AdCanada’s  system (as well as maintain your offsite archive, and supply pages to clipping services where required, as before)
