AGM meeting minutes posted

The AGM Meeting minutes are posted (reviewed, but not yet approved) in the reports section here on the KUTD web site. Many items at the meeting referred back to the Committee reports (which are also posted separately), but also included:

• Jeff highlighted items from the AdCanada report
• the nomination of the board
• a discussion of proposed changes to wording in the membership bylaws
