Possible scam

The following ad is a possible scam. This person reached out to one of the members of the AWNA asking to put in the following ad:

GET A BUSS OR PERS LOAN FOR UP TO 200K AND START PAYMENT AFTER 90 DAYS WITH RATES FROM 2.7% APR OFFER BAD OR FAIR CREDIT OK CALL 1800 545 4798.

In googling his phone number, it is a US phone number though this person provided a Calgary address, an address that raises suspicions as well. In checking further, things just don’t add up.
