Notice of Meeting, Proxy and Notice of Motion attached

A notice of the upcoming annual general meeting, a proxy form and a Notice of Motion are attached – listed below.

We encourage you to attend the meeting on Friday, May 31. However, if you are unable to, please complete the proxy form, send one copy to Central Office, another to the proxy holder and retain one for your records.

Please note: Central Office will issue voting cards to those individuals who are authorized and have registered to vote for their newspaper at the annual convention, as per the AWNA Voters’ Registry. You can change this name at any time, up to SEVEN DAY PRIOR to the meeting and the registered voter can appoint a proxy if unable to attend.
