AWNA not only works hard to drive advertising into our member newspapers, but provides ongoing lobbying and advocacy efforts to promote and preserve our industry. Since its inception in 1920, AWNA strives to fulfill our mission of encouraging community newspaper excellence; promote a greater awareness of the industry and our members; market and promote AWNA’s community newspaper medium; provide educational opportunities for members and staff; and be a communication link between members and advertisers, agencies and government.

- Online Archive: The AWSOM Archive is a service created by the AWNA and allows member newspapers to build a digital archive of their newspaper editions. It is a hub for to manage AWNA bookings and creative, including blanket classifieds and value ads; link to the AWNA File Library; and access reporting feature such as EFT files, Sales & Financial reports and preview future orders that have been booked for your newspaper.
